Stop the bias

He has been working there from 3 years,
he has served the place with smiles and tears,

he has given to the company his day and night,
sickness or disease he never gave up the fight,

everybody there knew he was best of the best,
there was no parallel to his knowledge and zest,

and he never cared how much he got in return,
devotionally for that earth burned himself like a sun,

and then one day a new guy came and sat behind him,
a young lad from prestigious place called IIT, the fresh skin,

and that same day while he was having his evening tea,
heard from grapevine that the new guy is getting twenty,

his whole world came down falling like a pack of cards,
he felt a strong disgust and yelled! to hell with you retards!!

he deleted the all the code he has written from last 2 month,
and left the place with the note stop the bias and i am done.
