Love not those,

who don't love you back,

I had once a one sided thing,

it hurts, and hurts real bad.

You keep on pouring,

your days, your nights,

your heart, your soul, 

and your mind,

just for a smile,

or for few words 

genuine and kind,

but often in return  

you get nothing back,

Love not those,

who don't love you back,

It's better to have

few good mates,

then yearning to get into

the company of 

those, who treat

you with distaste,

and even if left alone 

it's better to wait,

life has enough 

for everybody 

in its pack,

Love not those,

who don't love you back,

And always take very good

care of yourself,

life is precious

never ever drag yourself 

through spells of hell,

learn how to walk off,

learn how to move on,

to stay on course,

and be on the right track,
